2015 IASIR Conference
The 2015 IASIR Conference in New Orleans is just six weeks away. The deadline for both hotel reservations and early conference registration is Monday, Oct. 19. We’ve had great response to this year’s conference program and anticipate the largest turnout in a long time. You don’t want to miss this event!
The conference will be held Nov. 11-13 (Nov. 10 Board meeting) in vibrant New Orleans. All of your conference arrangements can be made in a matter of minutes using the links provided here, or visit IASIR’s Web site at www.iasir.org to access these pages, print forms or find more information.
Hotel reservations: The venue for the event is the Astor Crowne Plaza (www.astorneworleans.com), a classic French Quarter hotel at the corner of historic Bourbon and Canal streets. A block of rooms has been set aside for IASIR at the prevailing government per-diem rate of $154 per night. Right now, rooms are still available at this discounted rate three days prior to the conference and three days after, but if you are even contemplating attendance with a stay into the weekend, make hotel reservations now! Reservations can be canceled up to 48 hours before arrival, but room nights either weekend (including Friday) are filling fast with the Saints at the Superdome both Sundays.
Reservations may be made online at resweb.passkey.com/go/icq or by calling the Astor Crowne Plaza New Orleans at 877/408-9661 and identifying yourself as an IASIR conference participant. To receive the special rate, reservations must be made by Monday, Oct. 19. The hotel will not guarantee the conference rate after this date.
