Phillip Noblin is the co-founder and Chief Financial Officer of Invictus, a South Florida based full-spectrum security services firm specializing in training and education. In addition, Phillip is co-founder and Managing Partner of The Security Training Group, a strategic partnership between Invictus and the S2 Safety & Intelligence Institute with a focus on security and firearms training.
Prior to co-founding Invictus, Phillip served eight years with the United States Marine Corps as a Reconnaissance Marine, and Marine Special Operations Weapons and Tactics Instructor, at the Marine Special Operations School (MSOS). Phillip is a Combat Veteran of Operations Iraqi & Enduring Freedom.
As a Firearms Instructor, Phillip has trained thousands of Security, Law Enforcement and Special Operations Military Personnel.
As a business owner, Phillip directs and maintains authority for all financial, administrative and compliance functions within the organization. In addition, Phil reviews all service proposals and oversees strategic planning, corporate governance, diversification initiatives and business development.
Phillip continues to support his military community as the Founder, and Volunteer Director of the Brothers In Arms Foundation, a 501c3 non-profit organization dedicated to supporting wounded, ill, injured and fallen United States Marines, Navy Corpsman as well as the families of those serving within the Marine Special Operations and Reconnaissance Communities.
